Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings to prevent future billing. One-time purchases, such as Analytical Growth Reports, are billed once at the point of purchase.

You agree not to misuse our services, resell access, reverse-engineer our tools, or share downloadable materials outside your personal use.

All frameworks, written materials, reports, and software remain the property of THE EMOTIONAL MATH LAB. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE EMOTIONAL MATH LAB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the services. You remain responsible for decisions you make about your own life and wellbeing.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
