This page is maintained by THE EMOTIONAL MATH LAB to explain, in plain language, what information we collect and how we handle it. It is our own description of our practices, not an independent audit or certification.

When you submit a discovery-call or coaching-team form, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, location or time zone, age range, links you choose to share, and anything you tell us about your goals.

We use it to respond to your enquiry, schedule sessions, deliver the services you have purchased, and — where you have opted in — send occasional updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Submissions are stored in our secured backend database. Access is limited to authorised team members who need it to run the service.

We rely on third-party providers for hosting, database storage, and email delivery. They process data only on our instructions.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, withdraw consent, or request deletion by emailing us.
